Year 2012 : 21^st Dec 2012 : The truth of the doom’s day

As per the Hindu Culture, the universe began with the Satya Yuga and ends in the Kali Yuga. Lord Brahma is believed to have created the World to last for one day. There are a total of four Yugas that are equivalent to one day of Lord Brahma. And the cycle – creation and destruction – is repeated during these periods. Satya Yuga lasts for 1,728,000 years. Treta Yuga lasts for 1,296,000 years. Dwapara Yuga lasts for 864,000 years and Kali Yuga for 432,000 years. It is believed that Kali Yuga began in 3102 B.C on Bhadrapad Krishna Trayodasho in the Midnight of a Sunday. It is further believed that two incarnations of Lord Vishnu will come on Earth during the Kali Yauga. First one was Lord Buddha and the "Kalki Avataar" is yet to come when the Last phase of the Kaliyuga begins.

At present only 5110 years have passed since the Kaliyuga commenced and its the first phase of the Kaliyuga. Kalki Avataar will take birth in the home of a brahmin named "Vishnuyash" in the sambhal named place. The widely accepted belief among Hindus is that Kali Yuga will see complete annihilation. Creation will once again commence after FULL destruction.

As per Vedic Astrology, Year 2012 will be the Vikrami Samvat 2069. The name of the Samvatsar is "Vishwaavasu" and is ruled by Venus and interestingly the date 21st Dec 2012 is also a Friday (the day ruled by Venus). Vedic analysis of 21st Dec 2012 shows Margshirsha Shukla Navmi, Variyaana Yoga and Uttarabhadraprad Nakshatra.

Following is the Chart at the sun rise of 21^st Dec 2012. Sagittarius ascendant is rising at 5 degrees and 25 minutes. Venus, Rahu and Ketu are debilitated, Mars and Saturn are exalted.
